Please note that, in order to process a return or refund, the item must be sent back to us in the state in which it arrived. Items will not be refunded where labels are missing or where the product bag has been damaged beyond repair / re-use. Therefore, please take care when opening your goods in case you do need to return them to us for whatever reason. Goods can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

  1. Complete the returns form and include in your parcel
  2. Attach the pre-paid postage label to the parcel and take it to the post office for return delivery 
  • If you require an exchange, we will send the new size completely free of any postage charge
  • If you require a refund the balance will be refunded to the debit / credit card
