If your order has been dispatched, and you have received tracking information, please contact DHL quoting your tracking number.
Once your order has been dispatched, Phantom Apparel London is not responsible for any losses or damages. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact DHL, to monitor the delivery of your purchase. We will help you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, but, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully to us or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.
Duties and taxes
Depending on your shipping location, orders to countries outside of the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and taxes, and other fees charged by your local customs authority and/or postal courier (handling agent).
